The app has improved a lot! 😊 👍 But here are some issues I encountered: 1) After the trip ends, I couldn't find a rating/comment section. 2) Another thing I noticed is the integration of the 'arrival and waiting time' counters in the driver's app is theoretically correct, but I think it needs improvement. You have to make it so that it automatically starts counting once it gets to the requested locations (both the start and destination locations) rather than the driver's input. Hope this help

1. It says verifing, it must say verifying. Correct the spelling. 2. Its interaction with google map is awkward. It misleads customers & drivers. I've plenty of experience. Fix it. 3. It doesn't properly open for vague reasons. 4. I appreciate ur effort & try to get more cars.

1. The OTP on the new version doesn't work. It seems to be a very serious bug which could cut down your active users count. 2. Your call service is the worst which needs adjustments. a) pick up the phone b) why do we pay for a call even when you're not answering?
